We collect names, numbers, mailing addresses, email addresses, and debit/credit card numbers that are provided by you for your purchase. All payment information is secured by a third-party payment provider. Wix payments are fully PCI DSS compliant which is the highest information security standard for any company that accepts credit cards.  

We might use the information provided to us to request any feedback that you may have and/or to contact you about your use of our site. 

We would use your information provided to manage and fulfill orders and payments made on our website and to deliver our products to you.

We will not share your information without your consent unless required legally to do so.

When purchasing one of our products you are agreeing to fulfill the payment. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Cancellations and Returns

We accept cancellations of orders within 24 hours of placement.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase on orders in the original condition in which they were purchased, not burnt. Returns after that timeframe will be sent back. The customer must cover the cost of shipping on returned orders and Grace Candle Shop will not be responsible for lost items without a tracking number.

Disclaimer

Each product is handmade in my kitchen by me and because of this, they may have some slight imperfections such as discoloration of the wax, imperfections in the glass, slight variation of the placement of herbs in the candles and soaps than in the display photo, etc. None of which will affect the quality of the product.
